A few drops of spicy cinnamon bark essential oil can fill the room with warm, radiant scent! It can also purify the air, helpful for staying healthy and energized as the seasons change. Cinnamon bark essential oil is rich in cinnamaldehyde, too hot and stimulating for regular topical use, but ideal for natural cleaning

Common uses: Cinnamon has been known to be hot and stimulating. Ideal for diffusing and cleaning, but too hot for free use in topical blends. Use it to reduce germs, support immunity, ease stress, and feel optimistic and capable during stressful times.

Aromatic scent: Warm and spicy aroma.

Caution: Cinnamon bark oil is a dermal irritant and sensitiser. To be used carefully on the skin as it can cause burning and blistering along with skin sensitization and contact dermatitis. When using in a topical blend, only use 1 drop per 40 mls. This is a little less than 1 drop per ounce. Not to be used during pregnancy or while nursing or with children under five. Use care when diffusing as some people's eyes can be sensitive to the Cinnamaldehyde and Eugenol. Avoid during pregnancy.
